Projects that have been completed by Metropolitan Demolitions include CBD High Rise Buildings, Factories, Power Stations, Hospitals, Shopping Centres and Bridges.  The Group has developed a reputation for undertaking specialist projects such as emergency work on fire-damaged buildings and other difficult sites such as dams and silos.

The Complete Package of Demolition Services
Demolition work is a key facet of the Metropolitan Demolitions Group business and, as such, we offer a complete package of demolition services including the removal of hazardous materials, soil remediation and shoring of boundary walls.

As holders of a WorkCover Unrestricted Class 1 Demolition Licence, we are able to take on any type of demolition project, ranging from high rise buildings and industrial estate work to hospitals and shopping centres, chemical plants to silos.

We  are also able to offer a project management service in which we assist clients in their Council approval process for demolition approvals.
